Shipping & Returns
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. We're a small company and we appreciate your patience as we carefully pack your orders. Unless otherwise specified, please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be shipped once the items are ready. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, unless otherwise requested. If you need expedited shipping, please email us before you place your order and we can add the expedited shipping rate to your purchase. Once your order is shipped we will notify you with a link that will direct you to updated tracking information.
We're happy to ship internationally. All items are shipped USPS Priority International.
Priority Mail International is a mid-priced shipping method that we prefer to use. Global Priority International usually takes 1-2 weeks to arrive, and includes basic tracking, delivery confirmation, and insurance. If you need expedited shipping, please email us before you place your order and we can add the expedited shipping rate to your purchase.
All customs duties, taxes, or fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Bliss And Mischief is required to accurately declare the value of all international orders on the relevant customs forms and on the included packing slip. Occasionally, customs delays do occur. The amount and types of duties, as well as other customs information, can be obtained by contacting a local post office.
All made to order pieces are FINAL SALE. This includes all of our embroidered jeans, army jackets, and denim shirts. if you are unsure about the fit, size, color, or anything else feel free to email us before you buy. We want you to be 100% satisfied and love your new item as much as we do!
For vintage items and one of a kind items, we accept exchanges or store credit credit only. All items (excluding made to order items, sale items, or other products which are marked FINAL SALE) may be returned within 7 days of delivery as long as the item is returned with the original tags still attached and is unwashed and unworn. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with “RETURNS” in the subject line to receive a return form. All requests for returns made after the 7 day period will be denied. All Returns are granted in the form of store credit. Store credits are valid for one year from the date they are issued.
