Shipping

USA Shipping:

Free Ground Shipping on orders $300+

  • Once completed your order will ship out within 3 business days (unless Overnight is chosen).
  • For sizes labeled Made to Order please allow up to 3 weeks from purchase date for delivery.
  • We ship U.S. domestic orders via USPS Priority Mail and USPS Priority Mail Express (Overnight), using rates determined by weight and destination.  
  • Once your order is shipped you'll receive an email with tracking information.

International Shipping:

  • All customs duties, taxes, or fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Bliss And Mischief is required to accurately declare the value of all international orders on the relevant customs forms and on the included packing slip. Occasionally, customs delays do occur. The amount and types of duties, as well as other customs information, can be obtained by contacting a local post office.
  • All international orders are shipped USPS Priority International, a mid-priced shipping method which includes basic tracking, delivery confirmation, and insurance. In most cases, USPS Priority International takes 6-10 business days to arrive once shipped.
  • If you would like expedited international shipping, we are happy to make that happen - please email us prior to placing your order and will add the expedited shipping rate to your purchase.

Free Exchanges

We understand ordering online can sometimes be tricky. That’s why we're happy to offer free exchanges.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and love your BAM goods as much as we do. If you have any questions on which BAM piece is right for you, feel free to email us to have a chat before you purchase.

How to Exchange an Item:

  1. Send an email to orders@blissandmischief.com with “Exchange” in the subject line, letting us know which items you’d like to exchange. All our BAM goods are small run, limited edition pieces. We will do our best to verify the item you want in exchange, is in stock.
    Note - We cannot accept exchanges sent to us without contacting us first.
  2. Use the prepaid, USPS Return Shipping Label included in your package, carefully re-pack the item you'd wish to exchange and mail back to us for free.
    Please be respectful of your BAM exchange items and exchange only clothing that is unworn, unwashed, and without any outside alterations.
  3. Once the exchange item is received and inspected we will send your new BAM item within three business days for free along with a shipping confirmation email and tracking number.
  4. Get excited for your new BAM forever piece to arrive

All exchanges must be made within 14 days of shipment. We will not be able to exchange your item after 14 days.

 

Free Returns

If for any reason you are unhappy with your order and would not like an exchange we are always happy to offer free returns for store credit only.

How to Return an Item:

  1. Send an email to orders@blissandmischief.com with “Return” in the subject line.
    Note - We cannot accept returns sent to us without contacting us first.
  2. Use the prepaid, USPS Return Shipping Label included in your package, carefully re-pack the item you'd wish to exchange and mail back to us for free.
    Please be respectful of your BAM return items and return only clothing that is unworn, unwashed, and without any outside alterations.
  3. Once the return item is received and inspected we will issue you a store credit code for the purchase amount minus original shipping and handling. Store credits are valid for one year from the date they are issued.
  4. Put your new credit to use or reach out for item suggestions and info on yet-to-be-released BAM pieces.

All returns must be made within 14 days of shipment. We will not be able to accept returns after 14 days.

 

Exchanges/Returns Disclaimer:

- We reserve the right to refuse the return of washed, worn, and damaged items, or any item returned after 14 days from original shipment.
- Bliss And Mischief does not accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of lost packages.
- All sale, custom/personalized designs and vintage pieces are Final Sale. Final sale items may not be returned or exchanged
- Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
