Shipping

Domestic (USA):

Free Priority Shipping on orders $500+

  • Once completed your order will ship out within 5 business days*. 
  • We ship U.S. domestic orders via USPS Priority Mail using rates determined by weight and destination.
  • Once your order is shipped you'll receive an email with tracking information.
  • If USPS Priority Mail Express is selected at checkout orders must be placed by 10am PST to ship out same day.
  • For sizes/styles labeled Made to Order. Shipping times may vary from 1-3 weeks, up to 4-6 weeks after purchase date depending on item. We do our best to accurately convey these extended lead times on all our Made to Order product listings. Please reach out prior to purchasing if you have any questions.

*Due to high volume please allow up to 1 week for items to ship out during Holiday and promotional events.

International:

All customs duties, taxes, or fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Bliss And Mischief is required to accurately declare the value of all international orders on the relevant customs forms and on the included packing slip. Occasionally, customs delays do occur. The amount and types of duties, as well as other customs information, can be obtained by contacting a local post office.

  • Once completed your order will ship out within 5 business days*. 
  • All international orders are shipped USPS Priority International, a mid-priced shipping method which includes basic tracking, delivery confirmation, and insurance. In most cases, USPS Priority International takes 6-10 business days to arrive once shipped.
  • If you would like expedited international shipping, we are happy to make that happen - please email us prior to placing your order and will add the expedited shipping rate to your purchase.
  • For sizes/styles labeled Made to Order. Shipping times may vary from 1-3 weeks, up to 4-6 weeks after purchase date depending on item. We do our best to accurately convey these extended lead times on all our Made to Order product listings. Please reach out prior to purchasing if you have any questions.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are unhappy with your order we are happy to offer a return or exchange on US orders within 7 days of item(s) being received. Please note that customers are responsible for return/exchange related shipping costs.

How to Submit a Return Request:

Click the "Account" link in the store's navigation, or click here.

1. Log in to your account:
        •   In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
        •   In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
        •   Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.

2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.

3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.

4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.

5. Click Request return.

If your return request is approved, you’ll receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. Note that the original cost of shipping and the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. After the product is returned, please allow 1-2 weeks for processing the return. 

Please Note - All returns must be made within 7 days of item(s) being received. We will not be able to accept returns after 7 days.

How to Exchange Your Item:

1. Send an email to orders@blissandmischief.com with “Exchange” in the subject line, letting us know which items you’d like to exchange. All our BAM goods are small run, limited edition pieces. We will do our best to verify the item you want in exchange, is in stock. Note - We cannot accept exchanges sent to us without contacting us first.


2. Please be respectful of your BAM items and return only clothing that is unworn, unwashed, and without any outside alterations. Carefully re-pack the item you'd wish to exchange and mail back to us via USPS, FEDEX, UPS or DHL. Customers are responsible for any shipping costs and tracking is highly recommended as we are not responsible for any undelivered or lost packages.

3. Once the exchange item is received and inspected we will send your new BAM item within three business days along with a shipping confirmation email and tracking number.

4. That's it! Get excited for your new BAM piece(s) to arrive.

Please Note - All exchanges must be made within 7 days of item(s) being received. We will not be able to exchange your item after 7 days. Exchanges may take 1-2 weeks to process.

Exchanges/Returns Disclaimer:

  • Sale items or items purchased with 20% off or more discount code may only be returned for store credit or exchange only.
  • All made-to-order and one-of-a-kind pieces can be returned for store credit only.
  • We reserve the right to refuse the return of washed, worn, and damaged items, or any item returned after 7 days of item(s) being received.
  • Bliss And Mischief does not accept responsibility for reimbursement for undelivered or lost packages.
  • All custom/personalized designs, vintage items and items part of a collaboration like our Kamala Tee are Final Sale. Final Sale items may not be returned or exchanged.
  • Returns/exchanges may take 1-2 weeks to process.
  • Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable (including orders which qualified for free shipping initially).
